Epiphanies and Einstein
“Creativity is the residue of time wasted.” (Albert Einstein) All too true, ever reach that point of exhaustion (I give up, you’re mind wanders…) and the insight hits you like a train?!? Yeah, me too… Just when you worry you’re having the least productive day, bam, eureka! The really interesting part comes when a researcher studying you tells you a full 8 seconds before you have the insight, that it’s coming based off neural oscillations (alpha waves) in your brain. Now that’s mind-blowing in my opinion. What an exciting time to be alive!
