John Moberg is Chief Information Officer and Co-Founder of Modern Climate. He helped start the consumer-centric advertising agency in 1998.

John is responsible for client and internal technology solutions. As an experienced technologist, John applies his expertise in systems and software architecture to ensure effective and innovative marketing technology solutions. He is continuously involved in research and development efforts ranging from how to apply advances in neuroscience and psychology to evolving platforms like 3D sensors, wearables, social, mobile, and development methodologies.

Prior to Modern Climate, John was Director of Interactive Media at John Ryan, a global marketing firm, where he developed satellite-based, interactive kiosk systems.

John is a member of the International Association of Software Architects and is a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in graphic design with a computer science minor from Bemidji State University and has completed marketing and IT programs from the University of Saint Thomas.
